Description
This the most classic hand grenade that have a nickname “potato masher” most people say that it´s German but some other countries had the same system to have the grenade on a stick. Sweden and Japan for example used the same idea.
This grenade have on the wooden stick a year 1940 and the cap in the bottom that have a small damage of the cap. It fits but it´s is not so tight. When you open the cap a Porcelain ring holds a string to activate the grenade.
The grenade top have Adler stamp and another year. 1942, often came the grenades in boxes to be put together with a stick.
The grenade have some text in white left on the side but have been vanished so you can read it if you hold it near your eyes but it´s the original text.
