The best original marine – navy belt buckle that have it´s background in model 1857 with two anchors

The m/1857 was issued to the Naval Guard´s regiment – In 1910 it was used to all ranks of the Imperial Russian Navy – Many variants was made smal and larger and with different bars on the backside until m/1910.

Rectangular and every detail is so clear so this is a museum object – the marking is unknown to me and the most common is from Moscow but this is something that maybe you can help me with: Please mail to: info@globalwarmuseum.com

Please look at the pictures and look for yourself – This is the best I ever have seen. Including a marking that I can´t find. A rare piece indeed.
